NOTICE OF MEETING

Extraordinary General Meeting

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the New Zealand Private Capital Association Incorporated will be held at 5:30 pm on Thursday 26 March 2026 at the offices of Direct Capital, Level 9, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland.

Meeting Business:

The sole business of the meeting is to approve the proposed new constitution for the Association that is included as an attachment to this notice, which includes the constitutional provisions that are required for the Association to comply with and reregister under the ISA 2022. The Association must reregister under the ISA 2022, before 5 April 2026, to continue as an incorporated society and a separate legal entity.
